My card was charged but I didn’t receive my booking confirmation

On rare occasions, an error can occur which causes the airline or online travel agency to take the money from your account, but not be able to confirm your booking. In most cases, the money will then be released back to you within a few days, depending on the bank. Please also note that contacting your bank can sometimes help speed up the process.

If you didn’t receive a booking confirmation, we recommend you start by checking your spam or trash email folders as sometimes unrecognized messages can end up here rather than in your inbox.

We therefore recommend you contact the supplier with whom you booked in order for them to either confirm your booking or advise when your money will be refunded.
